Is this your next challenge in Data Analytics?

The challenge is to:

• Perform customer-centric analysis, including campaign evaluation, customer behavioral data, communication efficiency to formulate appropriate CRM tactics and assess program performance
• Management analytics tool and dashboard for daily reporting and presentation usage
• Identify CRM segment opportunities and formulate tactical strategy
• Convert data into insights, key findings and actionable recommendations and assist in presenting the ideas to BU management
• Leading and collaborating with external partners to identify business opportunities

Do you have experience in Digital Business?

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years' data analytic experience.
• Knowledge in data analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Big Query, Microsoft Excel), Python is preferred
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract significant insights from sophisticated data sets
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Skills of customer segmentation and data analysis would be an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
