Is this your next challenge in Demand & Supply Planning?

  • Support senior manager to manage inventory planning and daily replenishment based on forecast, promotion schedule and display requirement

  • Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, seasonal demand, market situation, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans for normal, festive, seasonal ranges accordingly

  • Coordinate with Commercial team to ensure sales forecast accuracy and align on new range, seasonal and promotion forecast

  • Support senior manager in enhancing cross-banner understanding in ERP transformation process and ensuring a seamless transition to the new ERP system

  • Participate in system testing and data validation to identify potential issues in data migration to ensure data integrity in the new ERP system

  • Support pre- and post-implementation activities to facilitate system knowledge transfer to the existing team and new users

  • Work closely with different internal departments, such as commercial, warehouse, IT & project teams to facilitate seamless implementation and execution of ERP transformation projects according to plan

  • Carry out other duties as required by the business



Do you have experience in Demand & Supply Planning?

  • Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Inventory Planning, preferably in Retail or FMCG

  • Experience in ERP transformation is a definite advantage

  • Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently

  • Strong leadership, analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and mindset and willing to take challenging

  • Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment which require multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability

  • Strong Communication skill, fluent in Cantonese and English

  • Familiar with MS Excel and experience in Demand / Supply planning system is an advantage
