• Drive digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Simplify workflows and procedures to improve business performance.
• Ensure business and people plans are well thought out, communicated, and implemented.
• Work with the data analytics team to enable data-driven decision-making in operations.
• Lead all aspects of store development plans and openings.
• Engage in projects and initiatives to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
• Support the Manager in day-to-day operations and pharmacy business activities.

Do you have experience in Retail Central Operations?

• Tertiary education or equivalent
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the retail, beauty, fashion & apparel or related industries, experience in FMCG or health products-related business is a plus
• Strong experience in retail operations and management
• Sensitive to the commercial market and strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, mature individual with the ability to work autonomously
• Good analytical minds, strong leadership and people skills
