Is this your next challenge in stocktake management?

The challenge is to:

In-market Stocktaking operations

  • Plan, coordinate, oversee and execute stocktaking activities across stores in Hong Kong and Macau that adhere to timelines and targets aligned with Store Ops team
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs requirements for stocktaking processes.
  • Collaborate with local teams to understand country-specific inventory management practices and adapt stocktaking procedures accordingly.

Inventory Accuracy

  • Review and analyze stocktake reports to identify discrepancies, such as inventory swellage and shrinkage, so as to identify the patterns and trends
  • Investigate the root causes of inventory discrepancies and develop strategies to minimize stock loss.
  • Implement corrective actions with relevant stakeholders, including store managers, DC managers, and loss prevention.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Summarise the reports, actions and insights so that presents the findings to the functional heads for mitigation.

Team Management

  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team on stocktaking procedures and expectations.

 Do you have experience in stocktake management? 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in stocktaking, inventory management, or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet stocktake deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in stock counts and reporting.
  • Possess fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau.
