Lead customer analytics & insights for yuu program and partners to drives sales and customer engagement
Define analytics roadmaps for the program and partners and responsible for end-to-end analytics delivery
Leverage data to deliver actionable insights, from understanding business questions, framing analytics approach, data analysis to end presentation of results
Leverage advanced analytics to uncover behaviour pattern, next-best-action, purchase propensity
Deliver data-driven insights to evaluate offer/campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve response/ROI
Lead the development of analytics use cases, data collaboration, data sharing to maximize data values to yuu partners
Responsible for the design, development and deployment of BI dashboard, self-serve analytics tools for timely review of customer, business and promotion performance
Support CRM activities through customer targeting, lists preparation and analysis
Identify areas to improve efficiency and streamline process through automation
Keep track on KPIs and regular reports on CRM and customer performance
Do you have experience in Customer Insights?
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
8+ years’ experience working on data analytics, data science, business intelligence, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Finance Service industry
Solid experience in SQL, Python
Experience in data visualizations like Tableau, Power BI
Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audience
A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
