Act as the primary trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships at operational and executive levels.
Develop and execute tailored partner success plans to drive adoption of yuu features, increase member penetration, grow points earn and redemption volumes, and partner ROI.
Co-create and support promotional campaigns, bonus points initiatives, and cross-partner promotions to drive incremental traffic and sales.
Provide actionable program insights (e.g., coalition-wide trends, member behaviour, benchmarks) and translate them into partner-specific recommendations.
Lead regular performance check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), tracking health metrics, sharing insights, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and growth.
Own and manage the commercial P&L for assigned partners, creating annual plans and monthly forecasts, and taking responsibility for achieving targets.
Drive partner investment into offers, rewards, and campaigns that enhance value for yuu members and deliver commercial returns.
Negotiate and secure funding commitments, incremental contributions, and performance-linked incentives as part of campaigns, reviews or renewal discussions.
Support contract renewals, mid-term expansions, and commercial or fee alignment where applicable.
Identify and pursue additional revenue-generating opportunities within the partner portfolio and broader yuu ecosystem.
3–6+ years in account management, partner success, category/commercial management or loyalty marketing roles — ideally in loyalty programs, coalition/multi-partner ecosystems, retail, dining or financial services.
Proven track record driving partner adoption, engagement metrics (e.g., penetration, activity), and revenue or category growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quickly understand the commercial dynamics of partner industries (e.g., retail, dining, financial services, utilities, digital platforms).
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging at senior levels (e.g., CEOs, Marketing Directors).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into practical, commercially sound actions.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, Mandarin is preferred.
