Media & Digital Strategy
Develop and lead the holistic media and digital marketing strategy across all channels (online and offline), ensuring alignment with business and brand goals
Champion media innovation by identifying test‑and‑learn opportunities, participating in pilot programs, and leveraging emerging technologies and platforms
Media Planning, Performance & Optimization
Oversee campaign full‑funnel media planning, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend
Evaluate campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement
Identify strategic media buying opportunities to enhance reach, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness
External Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic media partners, media agencies, publishers, technology partners, and data providers to drive best‑in‑class activation
Trend & Market Intelligence
Stay current with social media trends, platform developments, and digital behaviours
Translate insights into strategic proposals and executions across owned, paid, and partnership campaigns
Do you have experience in?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and media management.
Proficiency in digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager etc.) and diverse social media tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
