We are looking for an experienced Digital Partnership Manager to join our Group Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing regional partnership projects within the e-commerce ecosystem in the Asia markets for DFI Retail Group.
As a Digital Partnership Manager, you will work closely with the Centre of Excellence team in Group Digital to drive the group's digital business through strategic partnerships. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and establishing partnerships with key players in the e-commerce ecosystem, such as online marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers, and technology platforms. You will be responsible for negotiating and managing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the group's digital business objectives.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and trends in the Asia markets. You should have experience in identifying partnership opportunities, conducting due diligence, and developing business cases for potential partnerships. Additionally, you should possess excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster mutually beneficial relationships with partners.

The challenge is to:
- Understand business needs across all business format and region to foster business beneficial partnership across markets with close collaboration with digital business partners and local markets
- Acting as the go-to’ person for internal stakeholders and external parties for all regional partnership-related queries
- Focus on continuous learning and development across ecommerce ecosystem. online marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers, and technology platforms to address partnership needs
- Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks, and find solutions to move partnership projects forward. Update the stakeholders with updated requirements, find out insights and key data sources required for the projects and act as a bridge between the external partners, developer team and stakeholders for smoother delivery of work
- Facilitate partnership training, guidebook and formulate project documents to ensure effective communication in partnership with digital academy colleagues
- Create analysis and research with key actionable insights over partnership related topics for relevant stakeholders
Do you have experience in e-commerce?
- University graduate in marketing, technology, or related disciplines
- 4-6 years of total experience in partnership / business development / sales, ideally in internet / app / e-commerce industry
- Experience in negotiation and partnership development preferred with track record of implementing successful partnership campaigns and projects
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools
- With multiple market (e.g., SEA) and ecommerce work experience will be a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- A champion to instill a continuous improvement culture
- Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Manager
- Open to candidate to be based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia
