The challenge is to:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and e-commerce revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing, to maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts; use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Manage and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic through SEM initiatives.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Trends and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing our performance marketing efforts.
Do you have experience in Marketing?
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, online marketing, or within a digital agency, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other major digital marketing platforms; experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio); experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in budget planning and resource allocation for digital marketing campaigns.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
