Is this your next challenge in Facilities Management?

The challenge is to:

• To handle routine & ad hoc maintenance and manage planned preventive maintenance work for chain retail stores and warehouses
• To handle and coordinate emergency repair requests
• To be responsible for the planning, sourcing, procurement, logistic management of supplies and building materials.
• To handle tender documents independently and execute contract administration accordingly.
• Support and assist the FM Manager & FM Director in the coordination of work between business units and external parties.
• To interface with all relevant parties including contractors, landlords, government authorities and internal departments, to ensure works are executed according to business plan and pre-determined service level.
• To issue and manage work orders through the DFI in-house systems
• Provide administrative support and record maintenance
• Perform emergency duty out of official working hour as required
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Do you have experience in Maintenance Services?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A detail oriented, confident and positive team player with a “CAN DO” attitude
• 3-5 years practical experience in providing maintenance services in Facility / Property Management
• Diploma holder in Property / Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines an advantage
• Experience in retail store operations preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work under pressure
