Participate in workshop to understand and analyse the current workflow and SOP, to design the optimized “to-be” ERP workflows.
Partner with external consultant and other functions to map business requirements into system configurations, custom modules and finance accounting posting.
Oversee legacy data cleansing, mapping validation and historical data extraction to guarantee financial data accuracy during migration.
Participate in UAT (design test scripts and perform detail checking) on new ERP system, prepare workflow, SOPs to users; plan team meetings, workshops and trainings to finance users (including outsourcing teams)
Prepare and conduct communication with external vendors and drive post-implementation adoption.
Assist in continuous improvement of accounting process and procedures
Partner with respective business unit to provide advice and support for operational decision making and strategic planning.
Support on ad hoc analysis/projects related to new business initiative
Do you have experience in financial project?
University graduate with a degree in in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or accounting, experience in Retail/FMCG co. and/or system implementation is preferred.
Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail minded, proactive, ability to work independently in a fast paced and evolving environment
Experienced user of MS Excel, powerpoint and ERP system, preferably SAP and Oracle
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
