The challenge is to:
- Supporting Senior Manager on format report consolidation.
- Responsible for preparing regular business and financial analysis to support a fast-growing business
- Assist in management accounting, forecasting and budgeting on a timely basis
- Support Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Business Development and Partnerships teams
- Provide cost and benefit analysis for business cases as the programme expands with new sponsors, functionalities and locations
- Support onboarding of new partners and functionalities to ensure financial flows are designed, mapped and reconciled
- Ensure internal controls are in place and well maintained
- Support the understanding of our store networks with regular store visits, analysis and communication with property teams, operations and banner management
- Data cleansing and preparation as required, including performance data, lease information and external data sets. This includes relevant points of interest, mall details, tenant information, public transport locations and passenger traffic
- Collate key market data including competition locations, new plans, published financial performance. Ensure that these are mapped accurately and made available across the relevant banner and Group teams
- Lead the maintenance and development of detailed demographics. Keep up to speed with new data sources, new innovative approaches
- Support the ongoing Property Expansion strategy development, working alongside local Property teams and Group Property Insights. Incorporate the learnings gathered form the detailed analysis across banners and countries
- Review contracts to evaluate financial impact
- Support financial audit and internal audit matters
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects
Do you have experience in financial analysis?
- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Member of HKICPA, CIMA or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience in external auditing or/and commercial sector
- Big 4 experience is highly preferable
- Strong self-motivation and personal integrity
- Good business acumen, analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
- Exceptional Excel and Strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
