This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of people & culture operation services across all People Services team in the region. This role involves managing processes related to hire-to-retire, payroll, audit and benefits administration, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives

The challenge is to:
- Ensure the effective delivery of people services, including but not limited to hire-to-retire, payroll processing, benefits management, audit review, and employee inquiries, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and assist with the development of new policies as needed
- Develop and maintain people services metrics, providing regular reports to senior management when needed
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders to address people and culture related issues and improve service delivery
- Leverage people services technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance team member experience
- Develop training materials and programs for people services team members on policies, procedures, and/or systems
Do you have experience in People Transformation/ HR Operations?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR Technology
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to team members and management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
