Is this your next challenge in a fast moving, dynamic team with start-up culture?

The challenge is to:

  • Represent the voice of customers in designing and optimising the entire Yuu program through the customer mindshare to engagement
  • Business owner of the core “customer” metrics across the entire customer funnel, from customer acquisition, customer engagement to customer active rate
  • Define and set relevant customer policy for yuu Rewards and related customer interactions via yuu-related digital and non-digital touchpoints 
  • As the overall controller of customer experience, person will own the allocation of all yuu-linked assets (whether physical or digital) to various requirements (yuu partners, retail media)
  • Design and implement the Yuu paid membership program, expanding touchpoints for greater reach.
  • Formulate the brand direction to be aligned with business objectives and develop go-to-market brand communications strategies to differentiate our brand equity and engage with customers. 
  • Safeguard the yuu brand across all customer touchpoints and different markets. Maintain and enforce customer policy and brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and maintain high brand standard. 
  • Working with the customer insights team, conduct relevant market intelligence by monitoring and analysing current market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights through research and focus groups.
  • Leading role in driving and implementing brand and customer campaigns to generate top of mind awareness, brand exposure, buzz and engagement. 
  • Sustain yuu’s brand exposure and manage the BAU brand materials at promotion partners’ channels.    
  • Well versed in corporate communications material production - including press releases, line-to-take, speeches, infographics, advertorials, by-lined articles etc in both Chinese and English. 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand asset library and ensure all related materials align with the brand guideline.
  • Build brand awareness and preference – including strategy formulation, projects development, implementation of the communications/ promotions.
  • Work with Group Corporate Communications team to manage media relations and respond to media requests including PR Crisis Management.

 


Do you have experience in Loyalty and CRM?

  • Degree holder
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing. Candidates from agencies are welcomed to apply.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer strategies that drive customer growth and enhance brand reputation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong customer behaviour, market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Agile, comfortable with fast paced environments and highly motivated multi-tasker with growth mindset.
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders, preferably with experience to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Good team leader with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal and external parties.

yuu Rewards club and online shopping platform yuu was launched in Hong Kong in 2020 and now serves 4.2 million members. It allows members to earn points at more than 2,500 outlets, from partners including WellcomeMarket Place, Mannings, 7-Eleven, IKEA, KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD, Maxim’s Groups, Shell, Livi Bank and more. Originally a rewards club, it expanded in 2022 to include shopping by launching yuu to me, and has quickly become one of Hong Kong major online shopping platforms. It also exclusively partners with Hang Seng Bank’s enJoy card to enable customers to earn additional rewards. yuu encourages its members to donate points to good causes; more than 760 million yuu points have been donated to Food Link Foundation and The Conservancy Association since 2020.
