描述和要求

主要職責：

  • 負責監察食品生產流程及處理食材工作，確保營運流暢
  • 管理生產組處理及切割急凍/冰鮮肉類及相關工作
  • 保持高水準的食品和衛生標準
  • 協助生產組完成每日生產指標

入職條件︰

  • 完成中三或同等學歷以上
  • 3-5年食品生產管理經驗，需要具有肉食處理工作經驗
  • 溝通能力強，積極及富有團隊合作精神
  • 懂中英打字及一般電腦文書處理
  • 良好粵語，一般英語


    其他工作資料︰

  • 工作時間︰ 下午9時45分至上午6時45分
  • 每週工作5.5天， 輪休
  • 工作地點︰將軍澳工業邨新鮮食品中心(凍倉)
