WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

  • You are degree holder in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, together with 1–2 years’ of working experience in retail/ home furnishing/ supply chain or customer service field
  • You have strong digital competence and excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with IT‑supported tools and systems
  • You have proven analytical and numerical skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify root causes, and translate insights into concrete actions
  • You are experienced in problem solving and continuously improving ways of working
  • You are a compelling communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you can communicate effectively and clearly in both Chinese and English

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Responsible to secure excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment in the market through the performance of the assigned service partner(s) or who in an assigned geographical area to exceed customer expectations
  • Creating performance reports from IT solutions to enable high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network connected to service fulfilment including capacity utilization, delivery performance and shipment life cycle with a focus on quality and a customer-centric, collaborative mindset
  • Provide seamless shopping experience and a great quality when meeting with the customer and enabling the competitiveness of IKEA in a multichannel environment and support long-term growth and profitability
  • Monitoring operational productivity (e.g. lead time, cost per job, capacity utilization, etc.).
  • Contributing to maintaining and further developing the local distribution strategy together with the central fulfilment unit and service providers
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining short and mid-term service and capacity parameters based on available forecasts
  • Responsible for securing accurate reporting of service costs through efficient and accurate reconciliation of invoicing of contract costs and connected analysis
  • Evaluating and documenting the service quality of each service provider, analyzing areas of misalignment and exploring solutions in order to maintain consistency of service standards among all service providers
  • Contributing with both knowledge and expertise to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks 
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment
  • Following up on service provider's capacity during peak periods, volume fluctuations, and finding optimal solutions, secure capacity at the lowest possible cost
  • Monitoring and securing the contract implementation, studying and reviewing the assembly time and assembly space in order to ensure accurate time for customer orders
  • Following up service providers’ daily operations, driving operational excellence by constantly reviewing and improving the process, facilities, etc.
