描述和要求

為期6 -9個月的全方位實習和課堂培訓計劃，內容包括店舖營運，庫存控制、人力資源管理及顧客服務等。完成培訓後更有完善的晉升階梯及多方面發展機會。


主要職責：

  • 協助經理管理分店各方面之表現及日常運作，包括顧客服務、貨品管理、人才培訓、分店環境管理及成本控制等
  • 透過有效地執行公司的宣傳推廣策略、貨品陳列計劃及維持高水平的食物衛生標準

 入職條件︰

  • 中六或以上程度，或具資歷架構同等資歷 ，無須經驗 (歡迎轉職人士及畢業生申請)
  • 具領導才能，富責任心
  • 熱愛零售行業，樂於為顧客服務
  • 良好溝通技巧及勇於接受挑戰

 

薪酬 每月可達$18,400
