描述和要求
「見習經理計劃」為計劃參加者提供一系列的專業培訓,以及多元化而實用的課堂培訓和店舖實習,讓見習經理能夠獨立和擁有足夠能力以營運店舖,逐步發展零售事業。完成為期6-9個月培訓和成功通過評核後,可晉升為店務副經理。
主要職責:
- 負責店舖日常運作,包括收銀理貨、貨品陳列、店舖整潔及顧客服務等
- 協助經理管理分店各方面之表現及日常運作,包括顧客服務、貨品管理、人才培訓、分店環境管理及成本控制、有效地執行公司的宣傳推廣策略及貨品陳列計劃等
- 工作時間:每週工作6天,每天9小時 (包括用膳時間),輪班輪休
- 工作地點:港九新界
入職條件︰
- 中六或以上程度,或具資歷架構同等資歷 ,無須經驗 (歡迎轉職人士及畢業生申請)
- 具領導才能,富責任心
- 熱愛零售行業,樂於為顧客服務
- 良好溝通技巧及勇於接受挑戰
薪酬 每月可達$18,700
(完成培訓晉升為店務副經理,薪酬可達HK$20,200)
