描述和要求

「見習經理計劃」為計劃參加者提供一系列的專業培訓，以及多元化而實用的課堂培訓和店舖實習，讓見習經理能夠獨立和擁有足夠能力以營運店舖，逐步發展零售事業。完成為期6-9個月培訓和成功通過評核後，可晉升為店務副經理。


主要職責︰協助處理部份店務經理工作，包括貨品管理(如落貨、收貨、單據輸入及上載、壞貨處理及報銷)及新員工培訓及指導

店務主管放假期間代替埋數及店舖食物衛生安全監控。負責店舖日常運作，提供良好客戶服務

入職要求︰中五或以上程度，或具資歷架構同等資歷；良好粵語、英語及普通話，懂讀寫中文及英文 (歡迎轉職人士及畢業生申請)

工作時間︰每週工作6天，每天9小時 (包括用膳時間)，輪班輪休 

工作地點：港九新界

薪酬：每月可達HK$19,000

(完成培訓晉升為店務副經理，薪酬可達HK$20,500)
