描述和要求

主要職責：

  • 擔任店舖負責人達1年或以上
  • 處理店舖決策性的事務
  • 獨立處理店舖一切運作，包括貨品管理、成本控制、食物衛生安全監控、員工管理及培訓
  • 分配人手及店舖保安等
  • 在有營運需要時需管理超過1間的店舖 
  • 處理比標準店舖為多的附加項目如預購站、7 Cafe+、電子商務服務項目如包裹服務及電子儲物櫃、7仔食檔等
  • 參與公司在店舖營運領域上的焦點小組 (Focus Group)和專案小組 (Taskforce)及提出建議從而改善運作流程
  • 參與所屬分區委派的特定店舖營運項目例如壞貨處理、店舖薪酬支出估算及提升顧客服務等

入職要求︰中五或以上程度，3年或以上零售管理經驗，良好粵語，懂讀寫中文及閱讀英文

工作時間︰上午9時至下午6時，每週工作6天，逢星期日休息

工作地點：港九新界

薪酬：每月可達$21,900
