About the Role

• Collaborate with People and Culture Business Partners to support various HR processes and initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support the collection and analysis of people metrics to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing internal communications and promotional materials, such as newsletters or booklets, to enhance employee awareness and participation.
• Contribute to special projects and research on HR best practices to support continuous improvement in people and culture efforts.
• Assist in developing change management strategies, identifying user needs, and performing impact analysis to ensure change adoption while minimizing resistance.
• Collaborate with project teams to create user-friendly interfaces and tailored communication plans and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with necessary skills.
• Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, gathering feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of the change management process and maintain design standards for consistency.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Some experience or coursework in data analysis, change management, or user experiences related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and address challenges proactively.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and systems is a plus.
