About the Role

• Assist in the preparation of program materials and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Schedule and manage team calendars, meetings, and events for project meetings 
• Assist in building e-learning modules and courses, collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Create and edit content for learning materials and support multimedia content development.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations by building dashboards
• Assist in developing and executing change communication plans and help organize promotional activities. 
• Support the creation of change management user guides and other instructional materials.

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
• Creative, adaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven with high learning agility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Knowledge of Tableau, and AI tools is a plus
