描述和要求

To design, deliver, and scale enterprise leadership development programs that build future-ready leaders across DFI Retail Group’s multi-market footprint. This role owns the full program lifecycle—strategy alignment, design, vendor and stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and post-program measurement—ensuring leadership capability that drives business transformation and growth.

Is this your next challenge in enterprise leadership development?

The challenge is to

1. Program Design & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of leadership programs (e.g. multi-day bootcamps, executive panels, fireside chats, coaching touchpoints) across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant toolkits, and executive briefing packs; conduct dry runs to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Manage live sessions, breakout logistics, and engagement strategies to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and business sponsors to align program objectives with strategic priorities.
  • Craft clear, timely communications for participants and stakeholders, including pre-event instructions, contingency updates, and post-program follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors and internal trainers, ensuring seamless coordination and feedback loops.

3. Vendor & Financial Management

  • Source, brief, and manage external learning partners; negotiate and oversee Statements of Work, POs, and invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with IP, cancellation, and delivery terms; monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Learning Operations & Risk Management
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and technology setup for multi-market programs; maintain version control of materials.
  • Anticipate and mitigate operational risks; execute rapid pivots (e.g., onsite to virtual) with minimal disruption.

4. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Own program evaluation: pre/post assessments, manager feedback, NPS, and completion metrics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and improvement plans, and maintain playbooks and templates to drive efficiency and consistency across cohorts.

Do you have experience in leadership development / learning & development?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven expertise in program management across multiple markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional Asian language(s) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams); familiarity with LMS/HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; confidence in high-visibility settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including SoW negotiation and financial reconciliation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in program evaluation and reporting.
