Is this your next challenge in Omni Digital?

The challenge is to:

 

·       Collaborate closely with Digital and IT teams to support technology, app, and website feature development, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels.

·       Focus on enhancing platform strategies to improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience, aligning all digital touchpoints with business objectives.

·       Work effectively with teams across Digital, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive initiatives that foster omni digital growth and facilitate improvements.

·       Lead and mentor a team, guiding them in data analysis, site merchandising, and CRM support, while nurturing junior team members to become key contributors within the omni digital framework.

·       Improve systems and processes for increased efficiency and productivity, including optimizing reporting visibility through tools like Tableau and ensuring synchronized pricing and product ranges across digital platforms.

·       Act as the primary point of contact with the Digital team to enhance the omni digital experience, ensuring optimal user engagement and consistent messaging across all platforms.

·       Present business plans, strategies, and project updates to senior leadership, highlighting the impact of omni digital initiatives on overall business goals.

 

Do you have experience in Digital, E-commerce and Retail?

·       A bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Proven experience in digital strategy development, e-commerce, and retail operations is essential.

 

·       In-depth knowledge of the retail/FMCG industry, including consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, along with an understanding of sector challenges and opportunities.

 

·       Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and align with the retail group's goals and financial metrics.

 

·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams to achieve digital transformation objectives.

 

·       Proven leadership abilities to inspire teams through digital transformation initiatives, with expertise in change management to facilitate the successful adoption of digital strategies in a fast-paced environment.
