The challenge is to:

• Serve as a trusted business partner, aligning our people strategy with the overall business strategy, proactively addressing any people-related matters, and ensuring fair treatment of team members in accordance with our Values.
• Partner with Functional Leaders on organizational design, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
• Design and implement initiatives that enhance team motivation and recognition, drive productivity and engagement while embodying our Caring Passionately value in every interaction.
• Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to establish effective processes and practices for talent acquisition, development, rewards, engagement, and retention.
• Deliver core People & Culture processes and routines right first time to support operational excellence and employee experience.
• Drive the annual performance and salary review process and support individual performance improvement cases.
• Ensure all people related issues are being addressed in compliance with internal policies and legally compliant with HK law.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as required.
• Work at the Wellcome Fresh Food Centre in Tseung Kwan O, with shuttle bus services provided from designated locations to support commuting convenience.

Do you have experience in People Business Partnering?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid business partnering experience from multinational company.
• Background in FMCG, retail & matrix environment preferred.
• Understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance and proficiency in HR best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional articulation, independence, agility, flexibility, and adaptability – adept at understanding the dynamics of individuals, balancing HR perspectives with business needs.
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & AI tools for effective data analysis and presentation.
• Knowledge in using SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
