The People Transformation Senior Officer is to support and coordinate various People & Culture transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in enhancing People & Culture operations, driving change, and ensuring successful project execution.

The challenge is to:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of People transformation projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation, such as gather feedback, address concerns, and align on project priorities
  • Conduct research and gather detailed business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed
  • Support change management processes by helping to develop materials and resources that facilitate smooth transitions for employees
  • Collect and analyse data related to transformation projects to assess effectiveness and make informed recommendations
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions related to People & Culture initiatives, ensuring resources are available for effective learning
  • Identify areas for improvement within People & Culture processes and contribute to the development of innovative solutions

Do you have experience in People Transformation?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and innovation in HR processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus
