Is this your next challenge in fresh food product development?

• Ready-to-Eat (RTE) & Hot Food Counter
• Support Product Development Managers in implementing new products and initiatives at 7 Eleven Food Counters to drive ready to eat (RTE) sales and business growth
• Coordinate the rollout of new products and projects, ensuring smooth execution in stores
• Execute and support initiatives that drive food operational excellence, including in store logistics, food production, and workflow optimisation
• Transfer, maintain, and deliver updated Learning & Development materials (documents, guidelines, videos) to Operations Team
• Assist in planning and administering training programmes to enhance food knowledge, operational skills, and product standards
• Prepare food preparation training materials and facilitate training sessions in the Test Kitchen and/or stores
• Provide day to day operational and project related support to the Product Development team

Do you have experience in category management?

• Diploma or above in Food Science, F&B, Business or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the food, catering, or fresh food industry; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Strong interest in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Hot Food is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly in Excel) and Chinese word processing
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data and documentation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
