Is this your next challenge in reception and administration?

The challenge is to: 

  • Receive, greet, and guide visitors, coordinating with DFI team members

  • Maintain the front office/reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times

  • Schedule and oversee meeting, conference room, and breakout pantry bookings

  • Handle company car reservations

  • Assist with ad-hoc catering for meetings and business functions

  • Provide support in general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor

  • Coordinate and assist with local office events


Do you have experience in reception and administration?

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an MNC or sizable company

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages

  • Professional telephone etiquette and proficiency in operating a switchboard

  • Proficient in common software applications (e.g., Excel, Word)

  • Cheerful and presentable demeanor

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
