The challenge is to:
Rewards Strategy & Planning
• Identify the most relevant and high‑impact rewards for yuu members using data, insights, and market trends.
• Build a strategic rewards roadmap that aligns with yuu’s brand promise and business objectives.
• Evaluate reward categories, member needs, and competitive offerings to ensure yuu remains differentiated and compelling.
Vendor Sourcing & Partnership Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors capable of delivering exceptional reward experiences.
• Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring strong value, quality, and operational feasibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to continuously expand and enhance the rewards ecosystem.
• Manage redemption inventory, finance, payment and reporting.
Experience Design & Execution
• Collaborate with designers to shape end‑to‑end reward experiences — from discovery to redemption to post‑experience delight.
• Work with Program marketing executives to develop compelling storytelling, creative assets, and campaign execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ensure every reward experience is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with the yuu brand.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Commercial CRM, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure rewards are integrated smoothly into the member journey.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, quality control, and timely delivery of reward experiences.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor reward performance, member engagement, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to refine, scale, or sunset rewards based on data and feedback.
• Continuously test new reward formats, categories, and experiences to keep the program fresh and exciting.
Do you have experience in vendor sourcing?
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, loyalty, or experience design. Prior experience in retail or GBA market is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, partnership management, or category management.
- A passion for crafting memorable customer experiences — both online and offline.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, commercial, data and operational teams.
- Comfortable with data and able to make decisions grounded in insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin oral and written communication skills.

yuu Rewards club and online shopping platform yuu was launched in Hong Kong in 2020 and now serves 4.2 million members. It allows members to earn points at more than 2,500 outlets, from partners including Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings, 7-Eleven, IKEA, KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD, Maxim’s Groups, Shell, Livi Bank and more. Originally a rewards club, it expanded in 2022 to include shopping by launching yuu to me, and has quickly become one of Hong Kong major online shopping platforms. It also exclusively partners with Hang Seng Bank’s enJoy card to enable customers to earn additional rewards. yuu encourages its members to donate points to good causes; more than 760 million yuu points have been donated to Food Link Foundation and The Conservancy Association since 2020.
