The Rewards Officer supports the delivery of compensation and benefits programs through strong analytical work, accurate data management, and effective coordination across People & Culture (P&C) teams and business stakeholders. The role contributes to key reward processes such as market benchmarking, salary review, policy updates, and HR analytics, ensuring that reward decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational guidelines.

The challenge is to:
- Conduct compensation-related analysis (salary data, market trends, internal equity).
- Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure smooth program administration and issue resolution.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes with data preparation and checks.
- Participate in market surveys, gather market intelligence, and perform analysis to facilitate pay and benefits related decision making.
- Assist in reviewing reward related guidelines, processes, and policy documents.
- Assist with communication materials for reward programs and benefit updates.
- Provide timely support to P&C partners on reward-related matters.
Do you have experience in Rewards?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High accuracy and attention to detail when handling compensation data.
- Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with HR systems or rewards data tools is an advantage.
