描述和要求

Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide data & analytics support to address business questions
  • Conduct offer and campaign evaluation, recommend right tracking metrics, measure effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve response/ ROI
  • Provide data, insights and recommendations on business reviews on customer, promotion and business performance
  • Support ad hoc analytics projects e.g. customer segmentation and advanced modelling
  • Keep track on KPIs and customize dashboards based on business requirements
  • Support CRM activities through customer targeting, lists preparation and analysis

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • University degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Economics
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in CRM analytics, data extraction, customer segmentation, statistical modelling, ideally from retail industry or loyalty/CRM/ data agency
  • Solid experience in Tableau, Power BI
  • Solid experience in SQL, knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
  • Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audiences
  • A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
