The challenge is to:
Brand Strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all markets.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic brand plans to enhance brand equity, leveraging market research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct and analyze market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, adapting strategies to meet market demands.
- Partner with Marketing teams to support the planning of cohesive and impactful campaigns and launches across markets.
- Support on the development and management of brand assets.
- Support ad hoc projects to drive brand initiatives and achieve company goals.
Product Development Strategy
- Assist in product development by collaborating on product innovation, packaging design, and consumer research to ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Work closely with product development teams to define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand identity.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, providing insights to refine future product strategies and enhance market fit.
Do you have experience in Branding?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience in brand management and product marketing. Experience in the Health and Beauty sector within FMCG or retail is an absolute advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an advantage.
