Is this your next challenge in Demand & Supply Planning?

• Manage Automatic Ordering parameters and Store Allocations to achieve targets for availability (out-of-stocks) and inventory (stock cover)

• Forecast demand at the total chain level and plan allocations accordingly

• Assist with roll-out of centralised replenishment (Automatic Ordering and Allocations)

• Conduct gap analysis and process analysis, interpreting and acting upon reports to optimize demand and supply planning processes

• Support managers in enhancing cross-banner understanding in ERP transformation process and ensuring a seamless transition to the new ERP system

• Support pre- and post-implementation activities to facilitate system knowledge transfer to the existing team and new users to ensure smooth adoption

• Work closely with different internal departments, such as commercial, warehouse, IT & project teams to facilitate seamless implementation and execution of ERP transformation projects according to plan

• Carry out other duties as required by the business
  
  

Do you have experience in Demand & Supply Planning?

• University graduate in Supply Chain or related disciplines

• Minimum 3-years’ experience in supply chain or inventory planning.

• Experience in ERP transformation is a definite advantage.

• A good team player with self-motivated & well-organized working attitude  

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.  

• Detail-minded with analytical thinking and sensitive to figures

• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing.  

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
