Is this your next challenge in business analysis in finance system?

The challenge is to:

• Support on new ERP system implementation – work with Finance team and internal business users, to conduct data cleansing and validation activities, to make sure the conversion of vendor master data is accurate and complete
• Collaborate with collaborators to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the inventories (both costing and quality) during the system conversion, and make sure item setting and BOM setting are correct
• Assist in the UAT related to new ERP implementation or enhancement
• Provide support and assistance to internal customers regarding queries and requests related to master data
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes
• Assist in streamlining Master Data procedures to improve efficiency as a continuous improvement effort
• Design reports for auditing purposes of master data, including logs of new master data created changes made to existing data and ensuring that pricing has been set up for new materials

Do you have experience in business analysis / auditing?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, business analysis, or accounting, Experience in Retail/FMCG co. AP sector is preferred.
• More experienced candidates would be considered to be Assistant Manager / Manager
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese
• Solid experience in of MS Excel and accounting software / ERP system, preferably SAP Fi/CO
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactiveness, and ability to work independently in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Good understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
