The challenge is to:

• Aid in month-end closing by providing timely and relevant reports and explaining variances compared to benchmarks for improving the business operations. 
• Contribute to the finance team in a variety of activities, including regular audits, feasibility studies for store expansion, refurbishments, lease renewals, as well as store performance analysis and CAPEX planning.
• Contribute to build strategy by budgeting, forecasting, and planning to determine and tracking the KPI.
• Validate the SOP compliance to ensure that appropriate internal controls are maintained.
• Coordinate with other business functions to collect and analyze data, offering recommendations and insights to enhance business operations. 
• Address ad hoc analysis and inquiries timely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Do you have experience in management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in auditing, management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling. Big 4 background is a plus.
• Experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High self-motivation and pressure resistance, strong learning ability and team spirit.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focused demeanor.
