Is this your next challenge in Retail Media?

The challenge is to:

Retail Media Monetization 

  • Own the strategy and execution of in-store advertising programs across banners, including digital screens, omni channel asset etc.
  • Drive revenue growth by packaging and selling media inventory to suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, placement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to scale the retail media platform and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work closely with Commercial team and Retail Media team for pitching and managing expectations from supplier to achieve respective budget and return

Insight & Data Commercialization 

· Lead the development of data-sharing products (e.g., shopper behavior modules, product performance reports) for suppliers.

· Manage supplier onboarding and engagement for insight monetization, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

· Work closely with analytics and CRM teams to translate customer behavior into actionable insights for supplier partners

 

Supplier Engagement 

· Build strong relationships with key suppliers to understand their trade marketing objectives and align them with retail media and data offerings.

· Maximize the conversion of supplier trade budgets into retail media and insight programs, with a focus on long term partnerships and ROI delivery.

· Develop joint business plans with top suppliers to integrate media and data monetization into annual negotiations.

· Support to organize annual supplier event to share mannings key focus and strategies and obtain alignment with supplier support

Performance Management & Reporting 

· Track and report on revenue performance, campaign eAectiveness, and supplier satisfaction.

· Continuously optimize monetization strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.

 · Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Do you have experience in Retail and Data Analytics?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail media, trade marketing, or commercial analytics, preferably within FMCG or retail sectors
  • Proven track record in monetizing media and data assets, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong retail landscape and supplier dynamics
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
