As part of the company’s Compliance Team, we are hiring a Store Compliance Clerk. You will be a key member, independently visiting stores across different districts to objectively verify their strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures based on provided checklists. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and impartiality are crucial for upholding operational standards and compliance.

The challenge is to:

• Conduct systematic reviews of store operations using standardized checklists provided by the Compliance Team to ensure adherence to SOP.
• Apply basic Excel functions (e.g., sorting, filtering, PiviotTables) to process data and assist in identifying potential areas of findings.
• Exercise independent judgment to identify on-site non-compliance issues; accurately and objectively complete daily compliance reports and upload them to the compliance system for documentation & reporting.
• Clearly communicate inspection findings and explain SOP requirements to store manager.
• Strictly adhere to team instructions, gather frontline feedback, and assist in refining checklists and SOPs.
• Travel daily to multiple districts as required by operational needs.

Do you have experience in a retail frontline environment / inspection?

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in the retail experience.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to comprehend SOPs and related documents written in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis, and ability to use email and mobile office applications effectively.
• Integrity, reliability, and attentive to detail with good communication skills. Uphold compliance principles, able to strictly follow checklists and team instructions while exercising independent judgment in the field.
