We are seeking a digitally minded Technical Services Senior Officer to support Group Technical initiatives across product quality and operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in project delivery, data management, and digital tools, who enjoys improving ways of working and enabling faster, better decision-making.

You will support digital initiatives, maintain and enhance technical tools and dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement and new operational solutions.


Is this your next challenge in project / data management? 

The challenge is to: 

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Manage the collection, consolidation, validation, and governance of technical and quality data across suppliers, laboratories, audits, inspections, and internal systems
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards and KPI reports to provide clear visibility of compliance, performance, and risks
  • Analyse trends across testing, audits, complaints, withdrawals/recalls, inspections, authority challenges cases and specifications to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Group Product Technology, and business stakeholders 

Digitalisation & Project Initiative Support

  • Actively contribute to digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives, including digital platforms, data repositories, and reporting tools
  • Identify and support opportunities for automation, standardisation, and process optimisation to improve efficiency and data reporting quality
  • Support and coordinate end to end project planning and digital initiatives, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, enhancement and closure
  • Track actions, decisions, and deliverables across multiple initiatives and support change management activities, including documentation, communication, and post implementation reviews

Third Party Management and Supplier & Governance Support

  • Monitor supplier performance using data driven metrics, covering testing, audits, complaints, inspections and specifications compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain Supplier Scorecards and governance summaries to support performance reviews and decision making process.
  • Manage and track KPIs for third party laboratories, audit firms, and inspection bodies, supporting service performance reviews and continuous improvement
  • Manage billing processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoice accuracy, and liaise with finance teams to ensure timely third party payments

Documentation & Control

  • Manage and maintain the Technical Library, ensuring SOPs, guidelines, and technical manuals are controlled, current, and audit ready
  • Support licence, certification, and regulatory trackers tools through structured data and document management

Strategic & Ad hoc Support

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and business cases, including third party tendering with Group Non-Trade.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis, research, and performance reporting to support management decisions


Do You Have Experience in project / data management?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data, Engineering, or a science discipline is an advantage; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical, analytical, project, or quality support role; within food or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese 
  • Hands on involvement in digitalisation projects, system implementation and enhancement, or data automation initiatives
  • Experience with databases, Tableau, QA systems, PLM tools, or reporting platforms will be considered a strong plus
  • Familiarity and experience with AI tools is a definite benefit
  • Comfortable with managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders in a structured manner
  • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to connect data, systems, and delivery focused
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive team player who can work independently and drive continuous improvement
