The Transformation Manager, People Technology manages the human side of change within an organization, ensures smooth transitions and adoption of the new system. He/ she designs the user interface and user experience to ensure it is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of the end-users.

The challenge is to:


  • Develop change management strategies and change management activities to drive change adoption and usage while minimizing resistance across the organization
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify user needs and impact analysis to assess change readiness and impacts of changes among different stakeholders and teams
  • Identify potential risks and points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address those concerns
  • Develop tailored communication plans and collaborate with vendor to design user-friendly interface to enhance overall user experience
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met while enhancing user experiences through intuitive and user-friendly designs
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for adopting new processes/ tools
  • Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across communications and systems to optimize user understanding and engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, gathering feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of the change management process

 

Do you have experience in Project Management?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, user experience design, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and proactively address challenges during the change process
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and systems is a plus
