Is this your next challenge in Retail Media & e-Commerce?

The challenge is to:

• Handle in-store screen asset management, including artwork upload, scheduling, and quality checks to ensure correct display

• Support app advertising campaign implementation, including campaign setup, content coordination, and go-live execution

• Monitor campaign delivery status and troubleshoot basic issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders or vendors

• Prepare post-campaign reports, including performance tracking, data consolidation, and basic analysis

• Liaise closely with Retail Media, Marketing and Commercial teams to support campaign planning, asset readiness, and execution timelines

• Coordinate internal requests and updates to ensure campaign requirements are well communicated and executed smoothly

• Provide administrative support under the e-Commerce function, including content management for pre-order promotion communications and updating product, promotional, or campaign-related content on relevant platforms

• Assist in maintaining campaign documentation, trackers, and execution checklists

Do you have experience in Retail Media & e-Commerce?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, e-Commerce, or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered

• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, FMCG company, retail, media, or digital marketing is a strong advantage

• Basic understanding of digital advertising, retail media, or e-Commerce operations is preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong execution, multitasking and follow-through skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
