You have more than 3 years’ experience working in business-to-business sales function (big and medium companies)
You have more than 5 years’ experience of working in a customer-focused service industry
You have the competence to actively target business customers and sell through understanding their needs
You can cross-sell, up sell and create new products and services.
You know and understand a modern Key Account Management process that ensures customer success
You know and understand agile ways of working
You have strong leadership capabilities and you feel comfortable in direct and indirect management
You are fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
You have an interest in home & business furnishing
You have strong personal alignment with the IKEA values
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Actively drive acquisition of new business customers and build up long term relationships with key accounts (B2B, B2B2B, B2B2C)
Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid packages and proposal of our products and services to our business customers
Manage internal stakeholders to improve ways of working
Create and execute market strategy and action plan.
Contribute to the building value proposition for business customers by supporting, developing or creating new services, solutions, and products
Responsible for managing the leads pipeline, measure success rate, follow up and identify improvement areas
Actively build IKEA co-workers B2B sales competences as coach, mentor or trainer
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
The function of this role is to proactively generate sales for IKEA for Business in HKMO through driving up the penetration rate, average ticket size, and customer loyalty of targeted business customer segments within HKMO
