- You have minimum 5 years of recruitment and HR related working experience
- You have the competence and experience in leading recruitment processes in a retail / service industry
- You have experience in building and sustaining talent sourcing strategies
- You are familiar with labour laws and market practices in recruitment
- You have proven ability to communicate with, coach and influence key stakeholders, with confidence and credibility
- You have proven ability to implement strategic plans as well as extracting it into tactics and action plans
- Ability to gather and analyse facts and statistics and to develop comprehensible reports, materials, conclusions and facts for decisions
- You are experience in maintaining expert specialist knowledge by keeping up to date with published materials, competitor practice, external market developments and trends and legislative and regulatory developments
- You are attentive to details and highly organized
- You are experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- You are a good observer and listener
- You are a proven problem solver
- You are proficient in both written and oral English
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Support the implementation of the IKEA Talent approach in the organization by aligning the company recruitment strategy accordingly
- Secure recruitment actions are aligned with our business direction and processes both globally and locally (e.g. Company direction, Business Plans, Market Penetrating Plan and Competence Level)
- Lead the recruitment process through various channels to support our employer branding, in order to create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer - efficient, align with our values and ensure IKEA is seen as the employer of choice
- Develop, lead and facilitate recruitment strategies, activities or specific selection process (e.g. internship program, mass recruitment event and etc.) on organizational and individual level to identify, access, select and hire suitable candidate
- Local responsibility for on-boarding package: monitors new co-worker orientation and on-boarding programs, advises and provides expertise to unit in executing on-boarding activities
- Contribute to competence development in the area of recruitment for the country, ensuring an aligned approach in IKEA e.g. Facilitating Value Based Recruitment workshop
- Coach, influence and support business partners in service office, stores and central fulfilment unit regarding the recruitment strategies, process and tools in order to ensure high quality of recruitment process
- Analyses data, follow up performance on recruitment strategies and actions for process improvements in the resourcing function. We also partner with other teams in the North Asia IKEA organization, Dairy Farm HR Team, stores and central fulfilment unit to gather and share good examples and proven solutions
- Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment to secure a broad diverse work force as well as being an attractive employer
- Monitor market trends and leverage for adaptation of recruitment, attraction and sourcing strategies at country level
