Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Yuu team to develop and execute CRM strategies and loyalty programmes that align with the brand's direction and goals.

  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with banks / e-wallet to drive business opportunities and generate excitement among customers.

  • Analyse CRM and payment data to generate actionable insights, track key metrics and inform marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage CRM and payment partnerships for campaign execution, A/B testing, and ROI measurement, ensuring partnerships enhance user acquisition and retention efforts.

  • Stay on top of market trends and customer behaviours in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China to shape the busines and better meet the needs of both locals and tourists.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to establish clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for promotional campaigns and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant industry experience at sizeable organization

  • Experience in Marketing and/or FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to digest data for valuable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
