The challenge is to:
- Responsible for customer analytics foryuuRewardsto drivebusiness performance and customer engagement
- Support analytics use case, data science initiative, data collaboration project to maximise value creation to the programme and partners
- Perform statistical analysis(descriptive, inferential, predictive, prescriptive)to discover underlying patterns, trends and relationshipsaboutcustomerprofile and purchasebehaviour
- Conduct customer segmentation,offerand campaign evaluation, measure effectiveness and provide recommendations to improveROI
- Identifyareas to improve analytics efficiency and streamline process through automation
- Keep track on KPIs and regular reports on customer and partnerperformance
Do you have experience in customer insights?
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience working on data analytics, data science, business intelligence, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Finance Service industry
- Solid experience in SQL, experience in Python isadvantageous
- Experience in data visualizations like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense isadvantageous
- Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audience
- A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
