The challenge is to:
Integrated Marketing Communication Planning
- Drive execution based on the annual marketing calendar, aligning category strategy with customer activation across 360 media touchpoints, both ATL and in-store
- Crafting communication and promotion content across categories and channels, working closely with the commercial team to strengthen the branding while driving business performance
Category Marketing Execution
- Execute and support category campaigns or promotions independently according to the marketing plan
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute assigned category campaigns/promotions in-store or on digital platforms
- Work closely with the commercial team to identify the best-fit product portfolio to highlight in each campaign to maximize efficiency
- Work closely with creative, digital agencies to execute the communication support plan for assigned category campaigns/promotions
- Initiate customer-centric communication angles to the line manager for further refinement before final execution
- Develop story and content ideas according to the publication’s style and editorial policy
- Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook or Instagram
- Should have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks
- Ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals
Performance Optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional team to develop effective mediums and touchpoints throughout the customer journey, and with an understanding of the mix of marketing channels, optimising the efficiency of each channel
- Support post campaign/promotion evaluation by collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from different sources
- Identify insights from the post evaluation for future campaign improvements
Do you have experience in Marketing and Trade promotion?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with hands-on trade promotion and advertising experience
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
- Well-organised, enjoy working in fast-paced organisation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
