The challenge is to:
Digital & Social Media
- Embrace the new digital media to convey a different, innovative message to customers via various digital aspects, not limited to social media, digital advertising & gamification
- Develop social content for 7-Eleven’s official social media platforms
- Work closely with digital & creative agencies to ensure excellent execution of campaigns
- Support in analysing the customer preferences, profiles, attitudes, and expectations towards digital platforms, and leverage this knowledge to enhance and revamp a better online experience
- Drive the brand’s online presence and secure the efficiency of communication across digital media channels
PR & Customer Relationship Management
- Assist in maintaining media and KOLs relations
- Develop press releases and support on managing shootings & event planning
- Provide support on innovative marketing campaigns, especially events, and activations that maintain brand aspiration and drive long-term customer value through recognition and relationship-based initiatives
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth communications
- Work closely with PR firms to ensure excellent execution of campaigns
CSR & ESG
- Support the development of 7-Eleven’s CSR programme “食得飯啦” & ESG programme “啡We Green 咖啡渣再生企劃” (more info: https://www.7-eleven.com.hk/zh/social-responsibility)
- Support the organisation of 7-Eleven’s volunteer events
Do you have experience in Marketing?
- University degree holder with major in Communications / Language / PR & Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related fields, general journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial
- Experience in social media platforms management is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Fast learner, good communication and presentation skills
- A team player, detail-minded, independent with strong interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
