The challenge is to:

 

CRM & Customer Growth Management

  • Coordinate the CRM and customer growth strategy planning and implementation, to maintain the growth of Mannings' online shop
  • Work with analytic team to tailor mechanics and personalized communications for targeted customer segments
  • Work with analytic team to deep dive into customer data to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to optimize CRM strategies

Partnership Development

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with payment providers and FinTech companies to improve customer offerings
  • Collaborate with app partners to co-develop marketing initiatives and promotions to achieve customer acquisition goals
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify growth opportunities

Performance Analysis

  • Measure and report on the efficiency of marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
  • Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve customer experience
  • Present findings and recommendations to key collaborators

 

 

Do you have experience in e-Com & CRM?


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
  • 3-4 years of experience in e-Commerce, partnership, CRM or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage
  • Strong data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM/ MAT software
  • Proficient in Google Analytic, Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Independent, dedicated and enjoy working in retail market
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
