The challenge is to:


Support the Group Rewards team in the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs. This role will contribute to compensation benchmarking, Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) operations, policy governance, and annual review processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness.


  • Participate in development, review and implementation of reward related programs and projects such as salary benchmarking and benefit review.
  • Support in the annual salary review and incentive and other reward processes.
  • Manage end-to-end LTIP processes including grant cycles, vesting schedules, participant communications, and system updates.
  • Partner with the business to prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires.
  • Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
  • Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR team members on reward programs.


Do you have experience in Rewards?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with growth mindset.
