Is this your next challenge in E-commerce Operations?

  • E‑commerce platforms and 7-Eleven Easy Collect
  • Responsible for the P&L of Ecommerce business, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and boost the sales growth.
  • Building and maintaining e-commerce sites and coordinating with IT professionals. Collaborating with marketing and Commercial team to work towards merchandise sales targets.
  • Regularly assess the industry update and discover new trends and technologies in order to enhance online traffic and customer journey.
  • Utilize analytics tools to provide timely review of all promotional effectiveness, provide recommendation and action plan for improvement.
  • To ensure healthy stock level by good promotion plan and stock management, oversee the sale and distribution of products through online platform.
  • Preparing and communicate the promotion schedules to the Commercial team and internal stakeholders.
  • Connect to new suppliers for new partnership opportunities, help shape decisions about products, pricing, and promotional strategies.

 

Do you have experience in E-commerce and Category Management?

  • University graduate or tertiary education 
  • Minimum 5 years retail merchandising experience 
  • Good influencing and negotiation skill 
  • Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated 
  • Good interpersonal and people management skill 
  • Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese 
  • Knowledge of category management
